Q. What items will you buy from me?

We buy most media items, including PC and Video Games, Blu-Ray and DVDs, Music CDs, and more. If you scan something and we don't offer a price, you can always request one.

Q. Do you buy damaged items?

No. The prices we offer assume that all items are in good or better condition. This includes clean, un-cracked discs / cases, and untorn boxes / sleaves free of mold and water damage. Items must include all manuals (where originally included) and all discs required for normal usage. Goods which arrive in any condition outside of these guidelines will be rejected for trade-in and recycled; we unfortunately cannot return such items.

Q. Do you buy new items?

We can accept new items, but unfortunately cannot offer a higher price as we need to open them for Quality Control purposes.

Q. What about pirated items?

Absolutely not, and we are required to report such items to the proper authorities. Please do not attempt to trade-in illegally produced copies.

Q. What if I change my mind?

Once you have posted your items to us, it is not possible to cancel your trade-in order. If you decide to stop the process before sending your items in, the order will automatically expire after 28 days.

Q. I accidentally sent something which I didn't mean to. Can I get it back?

If you have already posted your items to us, your trade-in order cannot be altered. Unexpected items will be recycled, and it is not possible to return them.

Q. How long does the process take?

Once we have received your items, it will take 1-2 days for Quality Control to check everything. Once Quality Control is complete, payment will be posted to you immediately as a cashier's cheque. The whole process is normally less than a week.

Q. Can I trade in lots of items?

You sure can! We have no maximum trade-in amount; and if you have over £500 worth, we will even collect in person!

Q. Do you have a minimum?

Whilst we don't have a maximum, we do have a minimum trade-in value of £10.

Q. How long are prices guaranteed?

Once your trade-in order has been created, the prices offered are locked in stone for two weeks. Should your order arrive at our facilities later than this, we reserve the right to alter prices based on the current market value.

Q. I am a business / charity. Can I use your service?

You certainly can, but please bare in mind we can only accept up to 3 copies of a single item. If you need to trade-in more, please use the Contact Form to the right explaining your circumstances. We can be very accomodating!
